While I dance I cannot judge,
 I cannot hate,
I cannot separate myself from life.
I can only be joyful and whole.
That is why I dance."

2. Correct Posture- Always maintain correct alignment.
3. Proper Technique- Dancing repeatedly without proper technique will lead to long term injury.
4. Core Exercise- Training your core will ensure the rest of your muscles work harmoniously together!
5. Proper Diet- Balance is key. Maintain a healthy, balanced diet with proper supplements/vitamins.
6. Proper Rest- Know when you've pushed yourself too much and remember rest is crucial.

are  bellydancing classes for you?

Bellydancing can be very effective as a total body work-out.  While mainly addressing the core muscles and torso area, it remains low impact, highly aerobic, and best of all..........

smile inducing!  Our teaching approach is based upon my years of learning Yoga, jazzercise, Cabaret and Tribal Style Bellydancing.

Tribal Fusion Bellydance, as it’s name implies, employs several aspects of ethnic dances while building upon the base of the oldest documented dance in the world, Bellydancing. While dancing to live drumming or world music, the honesty of the movements from women of long ago feels totally authentic and wholesome. There has never been a better time for Bellydancing to be a part of our culture. It’s world fusion at it’s best. It’s a celebration of dancing through rhythmical expression, sharing a palpable energy with others, poetry in motion in gorgeous costuming…..a total feast for our eyes, ears, and hearts.  Hope to see you in a class someday!

".......I might as well mention that I am very impressed with your teaching style and abilities.  I doubt I'd have stayed this long if it weren't for your enthusiastic approach and demeanor.

Thank you for introducing me to a "different" art form.

"......I read in a book somewhere that said sometimes in order to really love something, you have to watch another person love it first. You really do have a passion for bellydance- and seeing you has put a love for it in my heart as well!  Yyyyyiiiiip!
